The Married At First Sight honeymoons are over but the honeymoon phase doesn’t have to be!! It’s back to reality for these couples but the fun has just begun and they’re officially moving in together!
Back to Reality…
Okay, was anyone else super excited that they’re getting a new place picked out by the experts! I thought this was such a cool idea and it’s definitely going to eliminate a huge stressor… but first they’re staying the nights at each other’s places for a couple nights!
Keith stays with his grandma hmmm not sure how I feel about that lol but Doug did live with his parents when I married him! Kristine is not thrilled with his messy room, but I’m sure she’s going to help him-haha!
Alrighty, so Steph shared that she’s a bit nervous that AJ has been single for the past 5 years.. would this be a bit of a red flag for you guys? I think it’s definitely going to be a bit of a change for him. Hopefully Steph will help him turn his apartment into a home 😉 Ohh and I absolutely love that he’s so excited to have someone do have dinner with- so cute!
Jasmine clearly has her eye on the prize and that’s her little puppy, Bentley. Seems like Will is going to have 2 new roomies! Family seems to be both of their priorities and I think this will definitely help them grow closer and stronger 🙂
Meanwhile, Pastor Cal stopped by to check in with Kate and like and I think it was definitely needed after what happened in the honeymoon. Kate is so strong and I felt so bad for her when he said he felt repulsed and dead inside. I’m still shocked! How would you guys have reacted?! Luke feels like he can turn it around and they both want to repair their marriage. I think that they can make this work with lots of respect, communication and patience anything is possible!
The Nitty-Gritty: Finances
Jasmine and Will don’t see eye to eye when it comes to finances… she was to split things 70/30 and he wants 50/50. They’re working on a compromise though, but one thing she wants for sure is for him to initiate intimacy! Anndd in the words of Pastor Cal “it’s not let’s get friended at first sight it’s let’s get married at first sight”-haha! I 100% think that they can move on from the friend zone!
Things are a bit different with Kristine and Keith. She is going to take care of finances and cooking while he goes out to work! I wanna know, what would you expect from your spouse? 50/50?
Making their House into a Home
Wooop wooop these couples are officially moved in TOGETHER as a married couple!!
All their places are SO cute and SO them!!! I remember when Doug and I first moved in together after being married at first sight! It feels like just yesterday we were sitting in our tiny NY apartment and never thought we would be where we are now! But anyways I am
Hostess with the Mostess
Next time all the couples are having their friends over to hangout and it doesn’t seem like it goes as planned for a few of the couples. Tune in next week to see how it all goes down!

If you’re struggling in the dating world — or if you’re engaged, a newlywed, a long time married veteran — you will feel a lot better about your relationship after reading about mine in my book, Wifey 101: Everything I Got Wrong After Meeting Mr. Right!
