A good friend of mine recently introduced me to her friend, Jill Penfold, who helps bride-to-be’s get in shape in time for their wedding day. I obviously married a stranger faster than you can say ‘BOO’ so I never had time to worry about gaining/losing weight before our wedding day (we said ‘I do” within two weeks of being scientifically matched together), but I have so many friends who have talked about the struggles of losing weight before their big day.
Since my friend RAVED over Jill’s fitness program I asked Jill if she’d mind sharing some of her fitness tips with me and my Frans. (Friends + Fans = Frans) 🙂

Me: What’s your background in the health and wellness industry?
Jill: As a Personal Fitness Trainer, I have been working with the public in the Health and Wellness industry since 1995. Qualifying as a Beautician and Trainer at the age of 18 and opening a Women’s gym in early 1998. I then travelled the world on Cruise ships working in the Spa and Fitness Centre for 4 years before leaving to embark on an acting career!! The world of fitness never left my mind and I fell back into training women after i’d been living in Los Angeles for 2 years.
Me: What makes your program different from all the other weight loss programs out there?
Jill: I specialize in Bride-To-Be. When you have a single focus you can pour your efforts into figuring out an end goal with more accuracy.
